Volunteering

The PasKaPoo Historical Park Museums have grown over the past 50 years. Without the involvment of volunteers the Park would not be possible.

Thank you to all the greatly valued volunteers who have contributed to the Historical Park over the years.

There are a number of oppertunities to volunteer. Become a volunteer and help out in what ever way you can... a Museum guide for Canada Day or other events, washing up vehicals for parades, fixing fences, helping move artifacts to change exhibits, cooking for events, Tourist information at the Truck Museum, and in the restoration shop.

Volunteers set their own hours and days, some come once a year for an event, some come in the spring to help get things pretty for the visitor season, and some come to become a board member to help with direction.

The International Truck Museum is a great place to come for coffee first thing in the morning. The coffee gang make up many of the Parks volunteers.

If you would like to help to preserve the past for future generations, become a member of the Rimbey Historical Society, or volunteer at the Park, please call Cheryl at 403-843-2004. Stop by for a coffee at the Truck Museum any morning, the gang meets there between 7:30 to 9:30.
